The agency,
rebuilt as a system
I run an agency and I build the software agencies run on. Those two things feed each other. Every bottleneck Girard Media hits becomes a feature in Agency Script, and every system that works in Agency Script goes straight back into client delivery. Nothing ships to agency owners that has not already survived my own P&L.
Ship a system, not a campaign
A campaign stops when the retainer conversation ends. A system keeps running. I hand over the machine, not a deck about the machine.
Delivery is the real bottleneck
Most agencies are not short on leads, they are short on capacity to deliver. Automating delivery is where the margin actually lives.
Own the delivery stack
Renting eight tools means eight bills, eight logins, and eight ways to lose a client's data. I consolidated mine and then sold the consolidation.
Speed to lead, measured
Response time, routing, and follow-up run as automation with numbers attached, because an SLA nobody measures is a preference.
What that ships as
2 ventures in agency, 1 live. Status is stated plainly, never rounded up.
